Silver Leaf Wallcovering created from sections of Lindsay Cowles's abstract expressionist paintings.
Hand produced using thin sheets of real silver leaf applied individual squares by artisans. The classic "tea paper" squares metal catch the light and give a subtle geometric pattern to their brilliant surface. Traditionally made silver leaf wallcoverings use paper-thin sheets of precious metals that are pressed to a non-woven wallcovering, burnished to a smooth surface and then protected with a clear varnish.
